In the winter months, you are under 10 minutes to ski one the best mountains in the state, also you have access to the lake for snow mobiling and lots of trails. In the summer months there is swimming and boating as well as tons of area events and activities.

On the shores of Lake Sunapee lies this lovely 4 BR home with exposed beams and wood walls that bring you in like the warmth of the sun on the deck. You enter the home through a mudroom like hallway with utility room and separate 3/4 bath. You proceed on to the new kitchen with granite counters and lots of windows to view the lake. Straight ahead is the dining room also facing the view. A large open living room features two separate sitting areas and a fieldstone fireplace (doorway to deck and water front from this room). The other end of the house has the four bedrooms and a full bath complete with soaking tub. The Master bedroom (King) has a set of French doors that go out to it’s own deck. The bedroom opposite the master has a set of twin beds. The other bedrooms have a set of twins in one and a set of built-in bunks in the other. The water front has a generous dock and a set of stairs going off the side to a shallow sandy area for swimming.
