Located just minutes from Newbury Harbor and Mount Sunapee Ski Resort lies this remodeled cottage with access to Lake Sunapee. The main level has an eat-in kitchen, bath, and living room with sliders to the deck. The upstairs is open, and divided into 2 bedrooms (1 with Full, and 1 with 2 twins).
In the winter months, you are under 10 minutes to ski one the best mountains in the state, also you have access to the lake for snow mobiling and lots of trails. In the summer months there is swimming and boating as well as tons of area events and activities.
Winter Season: $1000/mth+ (December-March)
