On the shores of Lake Sunapee lies this lovely 4 BR home with exposed beams and wood walls that bring you in like the warmth of the sun on the deck.  You enter the home through a mudroom like hallway with utility room and separate 3/4 bath. This is truly a special property, loved by all who come to visit. This charming 5 bedroom is located in a quiet cove, directly on a sandy beach, with wide views of Lake Sunapee. The best thing about this house is the fact that it is located about 10 feet from the waters edge. When you are inside the house, you are right at lake level, and the view is spectacular. Step outside, and just a few steps are between you and the water.

The clear water and gently sloping sandy lake bottom at this house are ideal for young children and occasional swimmers. There is also a long dock – perfect for sunbathing, eating or just enjoying the peaceful solitude of the lake. There is a boat mooring for your use in front of the house and a floating raft you can swim to as well. With western exposure, there is summer sun on this property from early morning until evening, when you can sit on the dock and watch the sun go down.

This is a four-season home and the main floor has an entire wall of sliding glass facing the lake. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, all which look out to the lake. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with a king. A full bath is on the first floor, with shower, sink and toilet. Washer and dryer are located on the first floor as well.
