Located at the base of Mount Sunapee, lies Mountain View Lake. This adorable year round home sits on the back side of the lake and within 5 minutes of Mount Sunapee Ski Resort. The Main level has an open kitchen/dining/living room area with view to the lake. A master bedroom with private bath, second bedroom with 2 twins, and second full bath. Also on this level is laundry facilities. The lower level is a large Family room with 2 sleep sofas and a twin bed. Two car drive under garage for convenience.
Ski Season: $1500./mth+ util.
